What are the payment and service terms?
Ongoing Starter care, Growth, and Pro are month to month. Website build payments are set per project. Tech Partner is a one-time quote, a monthly plan, or a negotiated revenue share. Your proposal explains the details before you commit.
How is pricing determined?
By fixed quote. Tell us what you need, and we scope it. A website quote depends on the number of pages and on the number and complexity of custom features or connections. A monthly plan is quoted to the work it covers. Your proposal confirms the full price before work starts.
What is included in my quote?
Your proposal lists the work, launch requirements, and any ongoing services. One-time charges, recurring fees, and any separate third-party costs are explained before you approve the work.
What happens if I cancel?
Your website is yours, and your domain stays in your name. Ongoing Starter care, Growth, and Pro are month to month. We'll explain the handover and any hosting changes; Tech Partner terms are set out in your proposal.
Which plan should I pick?
Starter is a professional website: a one-time build, plus a monthly fee for hosting and updates. Growth is local search, AI search, and reviews, on the site you have or one we build. Pro adds an AI front desk, lead follow-up, online booking and payments, campaigns that bring customers back, ads and social media managed for you, and more content each month. Tech Partner adds custom software, AI staff, automation across your business, and a senior technology and growth lead, and builds from scratch if you have nothing in place yet. Starter, Growth, and Pro are priced by fixed quote; Tech Partner is a one-time quote, a monthly plan, or a negotiated revenue share. Contact us and we will recommend the scope that fits your goals.
