Review Automation & Management: Automatic review requests, and a reply to every review.
Most customers read reviews before they call, and they check the dates. We make asking for reviews automatic, and reply to every one.
Why your rating doesn't match your work.
Happy customers stay quiet
The customer who had a great experience means to leave a review and forgets. The unhappy one remembers.
Old reviews stop counting
Customers look at how recent your reviews are, not just the score.
Silence looks like not caring
A bad review with no reply tells the next customer how a problem with you might go.

Is it okay to ask customers for reviews?
Yes. Google encourages businesses to ask. The rules are about how: ask everyone, don't offer rewards, and don't post or buy fake ones.
Can you get a bad review removed?
Only Google can remove a review, and only when it breaks Google's rules. Otherwise the best response is a calm reply and a steady stream of new, honest reviews.
